Frassinoro is a small municipality in the province of Modena, in Emilia-Romagna.
It is located in the Frignano park, over 1000 mt.s.l.m., ideal for trekking, mountain biking and riding through naturalistic and historical paths.

Do not miss the museum of the rural culture of San Pellegrino in Ape, born in the Middle Ages, is a fraction divided between the towns of Castiglione di Garfagnana-Lucca and Frassinoro-Modena, is at 1525m asl, on the Apennine side of the valley from which you can admire a unique view of the Garfagnana and the Alps Apuan.
